1. General Objectives:

MANU TOUR CUSCO – AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Users’ Personal Data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law – Law No. 29733 and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003 – 2013 – JUS (Personal Data Protection Regulations). 2. Definitions:

APDP: National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

Information Asset: Any physical document (PD), digital document (DD), or software application (APP) that holds value for MANU TOUR CUSCO – AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS and/or supports or forms part of its business operations or activities.

IT Application outside the custody of the IT Unit (AppnoIT): Any information asset used for data processing and management that is administered by a specific Unit, and hosted either in that Unit or in the IT Unit. This includes digital files with embedded programming logic, such as databases in Access or SharePoint workflows.

Personal Data Bank: An organized set of automated or non-automated Personal Data, regardless of the format (physical, magnetic, digital, etc.), created in any manner, including how it is collected, stored, organized, or accessed.

Consent: Authorization from the Personal Data Subject allowing the Data Bank Holder to process and/or transfer their data.

Personal Data: Any numerical, alphabetical, graphic, photographic, acoustic, personal habit, or other information that relates to a natural person and identifies or makes them identifiable, directly or indirectly, by reasonably available means. Examples include full names, ID/RUC, passport, gender, profession, age, nationality, date of birth, address, phone number, email, photograph, signature, voice, etc.

Sensitive Data: Personal Data that refers to physical, moral, or emotional traits, events or circumstances in a person’s intimate or family life, deeply personal habits, physical or mental health information, biometric data that can identify the data subject, racial or ethnic origin, income, political, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, health or sexual life, or other data that affects the privacy of a natural person.

Digital Document (DD): Any information asset that contains data in electronic format and requires a computer device for access. This excludes digital files with embedded programming logic, such as Excel macros.

Physical Document (PD): Any information asset that contains data in tangible format, such as receipts, operational control documents, active and passive records, and other physical archive documents.

Data Processor (Data Bank Manager): Any natural person, private legal entity, or public entity that, alone or jointly with others, processes Personal Data on behalf of the Personal Data Bank Holder.

Personal Data Subject: The natural person to whom the Personal Data belongs.

Personal Data Bank Holder: The natural person, private legal entity, or public entity that determines the purpose and content of the Personal Data Bank, its processing, and the security measures.

Transfer: Any national or international transmission, provision, or disclosure of Personal Data to a private legal entity, public entity, or natural person other than the data subject. Transfers do not include any dissemination or processing that merely facilitates access, correlation, or interconnection of personal data.

Processing: Any technical operation or procedure, whether automated or not, that enables the collection, registration, organization, storage, preservation, elaboration, modification, retrieval, consultation, use, blocking, deletion, communication, transfer, or any other form of processing that facilitates access, correlation, or interconnection of personal data.

Users: Natural persons who may use or are using the services offered by MANU TOUR CUSCO – AMAZON PERU TRAVELLERS.


3. Scope:
